Please note that, should you, having paid, not be able to make use of your membership of the club for an extended period due to self-isolation or government legislation, unused months will be credited towards next season’s subscription.

The new 2020/21 season’s subscriptions were set at the recent AGM and the main categories are listed below with last season’s figures for comparison…

As you can see these are marginally up on last year – 3% to cover increased costs – and the website Subscriptions Calculator shows the new season’s rates, including other Family combinations and Affinity discounts if you are associated with St. Sebastians Primary School or one of the other St. Sebastians Sports Clubs.   Don’t forget to make sure the Month of joining is set to April.

It’s been an expensive winter for the club with one or two extra costs on the new clubhouse eating into the 10% contingency and the first 6 monthly repayment to the LTA already due this month.  So, if you are able to, please pay your subscription as soon as possible.  We do give you until the end of April until we remove you from our Membership Lists but, on this occasion, please make an effort to pay well before then and, preferably, before the end of March.  Many thanks to those members who have already renewed their subscriptions.

For details of payment options and how to pay, click on the button  How to Pay which will download a Membership Application Form.

Unless your contact details have changed, there is no need to fill in a membership form, just send Karen, the Club Treasurer, an email with your name, the amount and any bank references.

If you wish to pay by cash, please hand it to a committee member in a sealed envelope with your name on it – do not send cash through the post.  If you wish to pay by cheque, please hand it to a committee member in an envelope with your name on it or send it to the Treasurer through the post – the address is on the membership form.  In either case please send Karen an email to say what you’ve done.
