The committee recommended an increase in subscriptions of 6% at the AGM in February 2010 and this was accepted by the members present. The subscriptions include LTA and St.Sebastians Sports Club affilliation fees.

Note that we have introduced a new membership section, Minis, and changed the age bands for Seniors and Juniors to coincide with the LTA definition of the three categories.

Seniors are over 18 on 1st April
Juniors are 11 - 18 on 1st April
Minis are 10 and under on 1st April

Click below for a membership form that includes a list of subscription rates for the 20010/11 season. A discount is usually available for new members joining at one of our Open Days - click on the News & Events menu. Those joining after July pay a pro-rata rate based on the number of months remaining in the season.

The club season starts on April 1st 2010 and ends on March 31st 2011. A discount is available to existing members if the subscription is paid before March 31st. New members are issued with a membership pack which includes contact details for club members, and information on playing times at the club.

A key to the courts is available for a £5 deposit and a key to the clubhouse next to the courts for a £10 deposit (adults only). For Minis, keys to the courts are the total responsibility of the parents, and these members may not be permitted onto the courts unless either one of their parents or a senior club members is present and accepts full responsibility. Access to the St.Sebastians Pavilion toilets and showers is available via a combination number, although at times a key and alarm code is required as well.

Guest are welcome at the club. We operate an honesty policy with respect to visitors' fees - the accompanying member should collect a £2 fee for each visit and give it to a committee member at their earliest opportunity. The accompanying member should enter all details in the Visitors' Book, otherwise the visitor will not be covered by the LTA's Liability Insurance scheme. Guests are limited to 3 visits because the LTA's Liability Insurance scheme covers up to three visits only. After this time a visitor is expected to become a paid-up member of the club. See Health & Safety for further information.
